For electrical contractors
Duct bank spacers for data center builds
Machined from HDPE or PVC sheet to the project’s conduit layout, including mixed conduit sizes and openings for concrete flow and rebar.
-
From the layout drawing
Conduit sizes, rows, columns and spacing, taken from the project drawing.
-
Quantities for the whole run
Base and intermediate spacers for the full duct bank, then more as the job moves.
-
No mold, no tooling
Milled from sheet, so a layout change goes straight to the machine.
For equipment builders
Power and cooling equipment, prototype to production
±0.002"–±0.005" On critical dimensions, depending on the plastic
-
Holes in the right place
Bolt patterns, ports and tapped holes placed where the drawing shows them.
-
The grade on your drawing
Including flame-retardant grades such as FR4. If none is specified, we’ll suggest one.
