Plastic duct bank spacers, also known as conduit spacers, machined to your conduit layout. For underground duct banks, and for conduit runs in factories and warehouses. Made to your drawing, from a sample or from the layout alone.

Your layout

Spacers machined to your layout

Every duct bank has its own conduit count, sizes and spacing. We machine the hole pattern to match, so each conduit sits in its place and stays there through the pour.

Form

2 × 3 · 6 conduits · 4" · one-piece A sketch to start your quote. Spacing and clearance come from your project drawings.

  1. DIAGRAM: template or grid spacer, flat plate with a full pattern of conduit holes

    Template or grid

A flat plate with the full hole pattern, such as 2 × 2, 3 × 3 or your project’s layout.

  2. DIAGRAM: base spacer with intermediate spacers stacked above, one row of conduit per tier

    Base and intermediate

A base spacer sets the bottom row off the trench floor. Intermediate spacers stack above it, one row of conduit at a time.

  3. DIAGRAM: chair or modular spacers, single-conduit modules combined into a larger layout

    Chair or modular

Spacers that hold one conduit or a small group, combined into a larger layout. Useful when conduit count or size changes along the run.

Plastics for duct bank spacers

Common choices

HDPE
What most duct bank spacers are made from. Tough and crack resistant, so it takes knocks on site and in the cold.
PVC
The other common choice. Stiffer than HDPE, and stable in size.
Black reprocessed HDPE
Reprocessed HDPE at a lower cost, for large runs where color doesn’t matter.
Polypropylene
Stiffer than HDPE, with similar resistance to water and chemicals.

On critical dimensions, depending on the plastic. The program for your layout is kept, so a reorder or the next phase matches the first.

  • Milled from sheet, no mold

CNC milled from solid sheet, so a new layout or a drawing change goes straight to the machine. Edges are finished clean, so conduit and cable don’t catch.

    CNC milling
  • The same layout, every spacer

Each spacer in the run is cut from the same program, so the layout repeats all the way down the trench.

  • One job to repeat programs

A single duct bank, a phased build, or the same spacer on job after job.

The spacing along the trench comes from your project drawings or spec. Give us the count for the run, and we machine that many.
