Custom CNC-machined manifolds in PVDF, CPVC, polypropylene, PVC and other plastics, for distributing water, chemicals and process fluids. Machined to your drawing or from the manifold you’re replacing, from one prototype to production runs.

What a manifold is

One body, many connections

A manifold is a single machined block with a common passage and branches that carry fluid to and from several ports. It takes the place of a run of separate tees, elbows and pipe.

DIAGRAM: manifold block, common passage and branches shown dashed, ports numbered 1–5, mounting holes; no dimensions

Key to the diagram

  1. Common passage The main bore that runs through the block and feeds every branch.
  2. Branch passages Drilled or milled passages that connect the common passage to each port.
  3. Inlet and outlet ports Where fluid enters and leaves, often on different faces.
  4. Gauge, vent and drain ports Smaller ports for instruments, air release and draining.
  5. Mounting features Holes, slots or pads that fix the manifold to the frame or skid.

New or replacement

From your drawing, or from the old manifold

Both are common starting points. The old manifold just needs a little more from you, because so much of it is inside.

You have a drawing

Send it with the current revision. We machine to that revision.

Part specifications and CAD files maintained for future orders.

You only have the old manifold

Send the part itself
Internal passages and cross-drilled holes can’t be read from a photo.
Tell us what you trust
A cracked, swollen or chemically attacked manifold may not show its original shape.
Add any old paperwork
Old prints, OEM part numbers and service records help tell the original from the damage.
Tell us what it connects to
The fittings, pipe or equipment on each port.

What defines your manifold

Defined port by port

A manifold is defined port by port, the same way your drawing’s port table is laid out, and we machine each port to it.

  • Port

    What is it?

    • Inlet, outlet, gauge, vent, drain or auxiliary
    • How many of each
  • Connection

    What connects?

    • Thread or fitting size
    • Or the part it mates with
  • Location

    Where is it?

    • Which face it’s on
    • Position and spacing
    • Angle, if not square
  • Sealing

    How does it seal?

    • O-ring face or groove
    • Threaded seal
    • Gasket face
  • Into

    Where does it lead?

    • Which passage it joins
    • Any port-to-port path
For the whole manifold
  • Overall size
  • Mounting holes or pads
  • Critical locations
  • Your tolerances
  • Drawing revision

We thread each port to the size or fitting on your drawing.

How your manifolds are made

±0.002"–
±0.005"

On critical dimensions, depending on the plastic. One prototype through production runs, with no minimum order.

  • Passages from solid plastic

Common and branch passages machined from solid stock, with custom fixtures so ports can sit on several faces.

    CNC milling
  • Threads your way

Threads cut straight into the plastic to your drawing, or threaded inserts fitted where you need a stronger, reusable thread. Assembly service

  • Ready to install

Inserts and O-rings fitted with standard hardware before it ships, so there’s no second supplier.

Tell us the conditions the manifold has to meet. The rating comes from the design and testing, which stay with you or your equipment maker. We machine to your specification and drawing.

Yes. We make manifolds from a single prototype through production runs, with no minimum order.

We hold ±0.002" to ±0.005" on critical dimensions, depending on the plastic. We review your drawing and confirm the critical dimensions, such as port locations, with your quote.

Timing depends on the manifold, plastic and quantity, and comes with your quote. For an emergency breakdown, ask about our expedited service.
