Machined plastic valve and pump components
Seats, seals, check-valve parts, pump liquid ends and machined bodies, in PTFE, PEEK, PVDF and other plastics. Machined to your drawing, or matched to the worn part.
- Tolerances
- ±0.002"–±0.005" on critical dimensions
- Depending on the plastic
- Machining
- CNC milling and turning, including complex geometry
- Prototypes to production runs
- Seat and body plastics
- Virgin and filled PTFE, PEEK, PVDF
- Or the grade on your drawing
Parts by assembly
The plastic parts inside valves, pumps and fittings
For valve and pump makers building to drawings, and for repair shops rebuilding a valve or pump with a worn seat or seal set.

Valves
Ball, check, plug and spool valves.
- Ball valve seats and seat inserts Virgin and filled PTFE, PEEK and other grades, to the valve maker’s drawing.
- Stem packings and back-up rings Chevron (V-ring) packing sets and the back-up rings behind them.
- Stem bushings Guide the stem and carry side load.
- Thrust washers Between the stem shoulder and the body.
- Check-valve and poppet seats Seats and discs for check and poppet valves.
- Spools For spool and directional valves.

Pumps
Centrifugal, plunger and metering pumps.
- Wear rings Case and impeller wear rings.
- Plungers For plunger and metering pumps.
- Pistons For piston pumps and dosing units.
- Bellows For mechanical seals and bellows pumps.
- Metering-pump heads and liquid ends The wetted head and its fittings, replaced as a set.
- Pump check-valve parts Suction and discharge check-valve bodies, seats and cartridges.

Fittings and flow
Manifolds, fittings and flow instruments.
- Manifolds Multi-port blocks that replace runs of tube and fittings.
- Gaskets Flange and face gaskets.
- Caps and plugs Sealing caps that close a port and hold pressure.
- Fittings and adapters Couplings, adapters and bulkhead fittings to your drawing.
- Flow-meter bodies Clear acrylic or polycarbonate bodies and sight glasses.
- Sensor and instrument housings Housings for sensors and controls on skids.
Plastics
Seat, seal and body plastics
If the drawing specifies a plastic or grade, we machine to it. If not, we’ll suggest one with your quote.
Seats and seals
- PTFE Teflon, virgin Ball valve seats, packings and gaskets.
- Filled PTFE Glass, carbon, bronze Seats with more strength and less creep than virgin PTFE.
- PEEK Unfilled and filled Seats and seals for higher pressure and heat.
- PCTFE Kel-F Seats for cryogenic and gas service.
- Acetal Delrin, POM Poppets, seats and stem bushings in water and air service.
- UHMW UHMW-PE Seats and wear parts in abrasive service.
Bodies and wetted parts
- PVDF Kynar Valve bodies, pump heads and manifolds.
- PVC Type I and II Valve bodies, fittings and flow parts.
- CPVC Chlorinated PVC Like PVC, for hotter liquids.
- Polypropylene PP Pump parts, fittings and tank connections.
- ECTFE Halar Wetted parts in harsh chemical service.
- Acrylic Clear plastics Flow-meter bodies and sight glasses. Polycarbonate where impact matters.
