CDS Plastics machining is equipped with the latest state of the art CNC machinery. We offer Takasawa CNC lathes with auto bar feeders and rod pullers for high speed production plastic machining. We currently have one CNC EX 110- CNC turning center with a 10" chuck capacity and 3" through the spindle bar capacity, two EX 108 CNC turning centers with an 8" chuck capacity and a 2" through the spindle capacity and one CNC Ex 106 turning center with a 6" chuck capacity and a 1.625" through the spindle capacity.
Our plastic machining capabilities also include CNC Fadal machining centers for millwork plastic machining. Fadal CNC machines are ideally suited for machining plastic materials. They are fast and very precise. We currently have one Fadal VMC 15 CNC, and two Fadal VMC 15XT CNCs.
All of our CNC machines run automatically allowing us to offer very competitive prices.
CDS Plastics machining specializes in the CNC machining of plastic materials. We machine plastics of all types in any quantity. We are a full service facility and can assist in part development through prototyping and production. We offer CAD drawing services when needed.

CDS Plastics machining is dedicated to quality. Every job is inspected throughout the manufacturing process and a final inspection is performed on each order before it can be shipped. Each shipment has an inspection report guaranteeing its accuracy. Our inspection department is equipped with an optical comparator and all the instrumentation necessary for reliable results. Our QC manager is a journeyman machinist that has a dedicated career to the machining trade.
