CDS Plastics, Inc. specializes in Plastic CNC milling services of all types of plastic including ABS, Lexan, Nylon, Polypropylene, and PVC, for parts up to 4' X 8'. We can produce whatever quantity you require at our full service facility. We perform some secondary operations on plastic CNC milled parts including assembly, forming, gluing, and sanding. We can also assist in part design and offer CAD drawing services when needed. We manufacture for a range of applications including food and beverage processing, check valves and fittings, and water filtration, sanitation, and treatment.

CDS Plastics machining is equipped with the latest state of the art CNC milling machinery. All of our CNC milling machines run automatically allowing us to offer very competitive prices. Our plastic CNC machining capabilities also include CNC Fadal machining centers for millwork plastic machining. Fadal CNC machines are ideally suited for machining plastic materials. They are fast and very precise. We currently have one Fadal VMC 15 CNC and two Fadal VMC 15XT CNCs.

Our machining department is staffed with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to quality. Our customer service staff, programmers, and machinists provide our customers with precision results from highly skilled people. Plastic CNC Milling Equipment Used

FADAL CNC Milling machines are accurate and fast and have proven themselves to be very durable.

(1) FADAL VMC 15 machining center with a 21 tool capacity and a 16 x 20 machining envelope.
(1) FADAL VMC 15XT machining center with a 21 tool capacity and a 16 X 30 machining envelope.
(1) FADAL VMC XTRT machining center. This machine is the same as above with an added feature for rigid tapping.

Production & Distribution

Our typical production runs range from one off prototypes to as many as 20,000 pieces. Typical lead time is 4 weeks, but this depends on the project and we maintain daily contact with customers. When desired, we can ship blanket orders and will stock parks for up to 6 months. We use E2 Shop System by Shoptech for quoting, estimation, scheduling, and shop control.

Quality Assurance

CDS Plastics machining is dedicated to quality. Every job is inspected throughout the manufacturing process and a final inspection is performed on each order before it can be shipped. Our inspection department is equipped with an optical comparator and all the instrumentation necessary for reliable results. A CoC material certification and inspection report are available upon request.
