| CDS Plastics, Inc.'s had demonstrated its ability to efficiently and cost-effectively produce components used within steel housings that act as flange or sanitary inserts for check valve assemblies. Utilizing our Takasawa CNC late to perform the turning operations, we have manufactured many versions of this type of component, from those with outer diameters from 0.5" to 6.0", with threaded or thru-hole inner diameters from 0.5" to 4.0", and in a variety of materials, such as PVC, Teflon® (PFTE), and FEP.
Finish options have included grey, white, translucent, and 32 micro, and we have also supplied components with a phonographic finish. Threading options have included standard, NPT, or custom, and quality control is always assured by first article inspection along with veneer and micrometer measurement and testing. Able to produce parts in quantities from 1 all the way up to full scale production, we can also supply material certifications as requested.
